Materials
Each year, the Rules Committee of the National Board reviews the Rules of Competition and the Rules of Evidence to update them for the upcoming competition. Similarly, a group of individuals associated with the Host Committee for the Championship drafts the national problem. The Delaware 2024 Host Committee want to thank Paul Kaufman, Jonathan Grode, Ben Wallace, the Honorable N. Christopher Griffiths, the Honorable Joseph R. Slights III, the Honorable Francis (“Pete”) Jones, and Emily Bryant-Alvarez who contributed to this year’s case.
Questions regarding the Rules or Case must be submitted in writing no later than April 24, 2024 and must be emailed to dehsmocktrial@gmail.com and daniel.attaway@wbd-us.com. Case supplements will generally be released by noon on Friday for all questions received by Wednesday. The final version of the case will be available at or before 5:00 pm EDT on April 29, 2024.
